For me,the learnability index with Cogniphi has been high with Interesting portfolio and projects (mostly computer vision,AI, telematics) Good exposure to clients and stakeholders across US, Europe, UK and Tier-1 companies. They have solid backing from UST global and projects associated with their clients The team is a good blend of experienced senior techies and juniors which keeps work structured at the same time lively Management is open to new initiatives and encourages team to take up and test out your potential. They don't have large scale HR events and programs. Mostly got team outings, games and fun sessions , special day celebrations.
