The agent is not treated properly. Even after complaining there no action is taken..Rules change day by day without inform. Shift time can be changed anytime. There is a thing of leave application in every office but it is not there in our office. Team leader says do extra work so we will help you in your time... but they all lie. Manager is not supportive. The team leader is also like that.

Cogent was my first place where i worked first time and that time i do not know about how i will manage everything. But there were very supportive mentor and also our trainer. When i pick by my team that is so good and friendly. And out Team Leader also very friendly and supportive. Overall my experience is soo good and in future my pleasure to work there again. I did't like anything about cogent, tell me who would like if a labor is less than labor in any company, if someone is getting too much wages comparatively his or her work, sometimes they cut wages of their labor (employees). An employee position is too much worst in cogent ompany.
