Lot of politics from junior to senior level. No work culture. Many unskilled people in Team Leaders, Asst. Manager and upper level. H.R always supports Seniors and never listen to the junior employees. Hard to get your own leaves even in genuine reasons.

For the freshers, it's a good company to start up their carrier because of they always raise IJP in our company, so through that, you can easily promote if you have good skills.

I leave this company before 5 months approx, I have good 2years exp. with cogent-e-services as MIS/WFM ex, this company is totally embarrassed in nature, they treat their employees like a school students like no one goes outside in office hours not even in their break timing, guards have a rude behavior like they are CEO of the company. Actually, they have to improve their internal nature of the company between there is lack of scope for improvement due to their working staff mainly the Sachin swach who is the center head of that company. And let's talk about the increment, there is no annually increment for process associate if you need an increment in your salary you should have to improve your skills and try to get promotion in your designation. There should no political issue that a good key point of that company. So, that's it from my side....Read More
