Dislikes points are: * Major Dislikes is most of the senior management (RM and PM ) position filled by non deserving candidate , so lot of micro management as they do not know how to work. Company is still following WFH so work life balance is quite good here , From learning perspective it's not much good but at the end salary matters 😅 For fresher entry level salary is quite disappointing, but they offer attractive appraisal ( for freshers)

Overall the Telus International is the safest place to work and the work environment is very cool.co-werkers are very supportive while working in the company. Coming to the appraisal it's not good enough for the employee working in this company.
