No job security, one can loose job any time. If you don't suck up to your managers, your life is in peril. Hundreds of employees were sacked during Covid times. Harassment by managers is rampant, if you complain to HR, HR might take punitive action against you. Increment is negligible salary is also below market standards. Business outlook is bleak as Coforge is primarily into Travel Domain.
