Since the working hours is high, if you get into the job after accepting all their conditions, no one will take you off from the job. So you have job security. You can learn more technical wise. You can find good programming languages study material which will be helpful. NIIT is having many franchise centres. Direct centre are less.
The salary will be low for what you are working. You have to work for 10 hours and you get only one week off that too in week days. It is must that you have to work on week ends. Your career growth depends on your Team lead and Centre head. You will paid good in NIIT direct centre, in franchise's the salary is low. The work pressure is high.

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. I joined as fresher worked around 2 years everything seems fine appraisal were good around 18% every year for fresher till 2 year , office culture
There were problems with my team is that they do micro management on us they make rules for me because I am fresher and those rules are applicable on other teams fresher . There were rules to come office only 5 days a week in month but my manger calls me around 14 days a month stating you are fresher

I dont like anything about this company earlier they used to give some perks like, complementary day off with 3k on birthday or anniversary, free cab service, 5k for travel etc but now they are not giving anything.
The list is endless 1. Micromanagement- If you have any issues with your salary or work that you are doing you have to go through several phases like hr , manager, delivery manager etc 2. No perks 3. This time increment was pathetic along with VC. If you are fresher in any field *BEWARE* dont come here even if you didnt get any placement try somewhere else. They will not give you any promotion they will just give you training and involve you in support role project where your learning will be 0 because they want mules not employees. After that at the time of promotion or salary increment they will give you just peanuts. So my humble request to freshers please dont come here instead be smart, spend 1-2 years in startup or any valuable company then come here because they give competitive salary for any switiching employee rather than those employees who were loyal to them for 2-3 years. There is nothing that one could like at coforge specifically Working at SEI (project).
Everything. For freshers they have a bond of 2.6 years and in this period of time, they exploit them and there careers by every possible way. There is no growth at all. Even they force there employees for good review ar GPW.

Working hours are flexible. We do not need to stick out shift hours. We just need to finish our work on time for better client satisfaction.
In coforge there is no management and hierarchy is very poor. HR , ADMIN, IT every department is worst. If you need to get any help from HR then no one is going to response you and manager depends on your luck. If you are working in coforge forget about hike and promotion.

No Job Security. Micro management by managers is rampant. One has to keep the managers in good humor or else will be sacked on some weird pretext. Once moved to bench would be given three attempts to find a project or one month which ever is earliest then sacked if not able to find a project. Movement to bench is a ruse to fire a resource. Salary hike is equally pathetic.
