Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

There is nothing to like about. You have to work simultaneuosly in multiple projects without recognition amd work life balance. Management is poor and you wont get VC part pf the salary even after working full strength entire year

Project allocation is good.

Dislikes

Very bad experience with the supervisors because they are working from long term like 20 yrs, bit not enough knowledge about the technologies. Job security is very poor if you are on bench. They dnt have good projects.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
