The co-owner of the place was bit better then the other..Atleast talked respectfully.

Dislikes

The owner/Boss behaviour was very offensive and talked with his employees in a very disrespectful way. Didn't allowed employees to take leaves and when they did due to sickness he used to deduct two days salary..Never promoted a good work environment. Always kept spying on employees system by one way or the other..if the employee reached office late by even 1 min half day salary was deducted.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
