Culture is really good. Managements looks after its employee. There's a good work life balance. Increment/ Apraisals are on time as they promise. Training labs with good instructors for the employee who are lagging behind. Working is fun here.

Leave policy need to be more employee friendly. Appraisals should be more streamlined. Processes are slow and unorganized.

As per management rules, at least two new courses should be completed by everyone every year, but they can't take up any projects on new technology. The worst part is the HRBP team.
