You have to show them that you have worked 8 hours a day with actual log time, otherwise you will not get paid for that day. It's like coding non stop for 8 hours like machine. if you are thinking you will use AI , they will give you more work. The so called CEO, Abhishek Gupta, may start off speaking politely, but eventually, he reveals his true nature- a complete psychopath who lacks basic communication skills, work ethics, or any ethics at all. The CTO is no better; instead of helping, he plays the blame game and like gossiping aunt, running straight to Abhishek Gupta if anything goes wrong. The upper management is terrible. with zero professionalism. Employees are overloaded with work just to meet the strict -hours log requirement, leaving no time to help colleagues.
