Starting at Codal as a Sr. Software Developer, I have grown with the company and am now an Engineering Lead. One of my favorite parts about Codal is the massive growth that I have experienced over the past 3 years. Our office has doubled in size, and we have brought on many more innovative projects and clients. As the years have gone by, it is obvious that the quality of clients/projects we have is increasing. Getting to work on multiple different types of projects, across all different industries is extremely intellectually satisfying. Not only do I love the work, but you can't beat the company culture. Dislikes

There is nothing that I particularly "dislike," sometimes the work can be a bit challenging since every project is can be very different. One day my team will be working on a startup social dating app, and the next day we could have a new enterprise FinTech web app we're building. The work is diverse, and while this might be a downside to some people, it is not for me.
