Work culture, Transparency, Flexible working, Plenty of support from senior and top-level managers and directors, you can grow your career here and learn every aspect of IT processes and management things. Everything is nice about this company. Started my career as a Junior Developer now working as a lead.

Main priority of the organization is quality work, if you did it correctly then nothing bad will happen with you. Directors are very friendly. Flexible working hour sometimes it will depends upon project requirement. Most interesting thing is ontime salary payment.

Its good work culture, very helpful. Company policies need to be changed little bit like there is no maternity leaves, There is no health insurance since we are in middle of Covid situation.
