The best thing about this company is its co-founders who are also the director and part of the management. In fact the Management also includes HR Managers and Project Managers. Though most of the decisions are taken by the management, the voice of each and every employee is heard, direct or via. No shouting and screaming. Yes thereis work load, but in 7 years the company has established offices in US and UK. Work culture is "everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow". The work culture is good and employee friendly. Opportunity to learn new technology. Management always interact with the employees personally in need.

The only thing I personally dislike about the company is the salary/appraisal policy. Till joining I didn't get any salary revision/hike. The work pressure is high sometimes, I have to work till late night in need.
