The only thing that I liked is the festivals and events taht took place at regular intervals and health check ups etc.

office politics, boot-licking mentality, pressurising people for working hard at very less cost, very less support regrding growth related topics, whatever hrd work you may have done all goes waste even for silliest of things.

There is a lot to learn here, but the biggest issue here is the salary, because here the salary is less and the work pressure is very high, and there is also the issue of timing here, the time to come to the office is fixed, but the time to go home is not fixed. Here you will have to give 1 hour or 1:30 hour more but this rule does not apply to local people.

This company is not suitable at all for a fresher. There is no work life balance here. The head here can call you anytime and tell you the work even at night. During the interview, you are told that Saturday and Sunday are off, but when you join the job, you have to go to the company on Saturday but also work from home on Sunday. Ifyou want to leave the company and you are going in the right direction, your money is cut due to some reasons but on the contrary if the company asks you to resign, but you get all the money, that means the company want to some kind of conspiracy....Read More
