No salary hike I personally work for all most 3years with same salary. This is the biggest demotivate thing. No promotion how good you are but the designation will be same . From work culture to appraisals. Only the manager’s favourite get good appraisals and work from home. Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. It has an Indian babu culture.

I have save all penalty for pune circle of my clients pnb ,sbi and the cms head mr ajaykumar Pandey is very disgusting manager I have ever seen I have a medical emergency in my home and I'm there for the same company will not allowed the leave and they said you will abscond in cms . In cms company I'm working from 3 years and they treat me like a waste thing no medical policy given to employee
