Good shifting on workplace, salary on time, national & international companies to work with & good company policies etc....

Dislikes

There is lot of negligence in payment mode like overtime, bonus, appraisal, allowance etc. Management doesn't address our issues,no salary hike under 5 years. Culture is not good in some of their workplaces. Company response to employees issue is very poor, the don't even pay the payment of privilege leaves....

The job was good. I struggled a lot but never get the appraisal or hike, some workplaces are good but not every some them have very cheap politics like I've never seen before on a workplace. Overtime working rate is very poor..

Actually I have preferred cms infosystem that is the company network spans over 105000 ATMS, retail pickup points and managed services points and many other reasons for that time.

There is no on-job training for freashers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. Till 5 years ago, this company has a great job satisfaction, but presently it has no job security, no career growth at all. It's present salary is not up to the mark, appraisal is terribly poor.
