CMS - Territory Operations Manager - Logistics (3-5 yrs)

Overall Territory Ownership:

- Assume complete accountability for the performance and profitability of your assigned territory.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics operations, maintenance procedures, and route planning.

- Lead cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, security) to achieve operational excellence.

Cost Optimization & Resource Management:

- Conduct thorough analyses of operational processes to identify areas for cost reduction and resource optimization.

- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, vehicles, infrastructure (trunks, locks), and other resources.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality service standards.

ATM & Cash Deposit Point (CDP) Management:

- Oversee the management and security of ATMs and CDPs within your territory.

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance protocols.

Fleet & Manpower Management:

- Develop and implement strategies for effective fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and route optimization.

- Lead and motivate a team of personnel to ensure efficient and productive operations.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of demonstrably successful experience in a leadership role within logistics, operations, or a similar field.

- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively
