Manager - Logistics - Consumer Durables (5-15 yrs)

Role: Manager - Logistics

Function: Supply Chain

Division: Consumer Products Division

Reporting to: Head -Logistics

Location: Gurgaon HO (50% travel)

Role Summary: The person is responsible for implementation of efficient warehousing practices in all the warehouses of the organization pan India. This includes leading stock counts in warehouses, implementation of FIFO, 5S etc. Person is responsible to work closely with CNF and internal teams in driving warehouse improvements

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing the stock hygiene in the warehouse by conducting schedule driven stock count in warehouse

2. Reconciliation of stocks , ensuring system posting and improvement actions are done after stock count

3. Developing relevant dashboards to present stock situations at warehouses

4. Driving training programs at warehouses to ensure that people have adequate knowledge for the job

5. Ensuring compliance , good warehousing practices , 5S , FIFO adherence at warehouses

6. SLOB Management - Proper accounting of SLOB present in warehouses ,taking measures to minimize SLOB generation

7. Ensuring freshness of available stock is maintained

8. Implementing efficient storage layout at warehouse to maximize storage capacity utilization

9. Driving warehousing related projects - WMS implementation, automation , digitalization

Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills, thorough understanding of logistics operations and regulations.

System - Proficient in Microsoft Excel , ERP system ,WMS

Competencies: Problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical skills.

Travel:

Role will require person to travel to 3-4 warehouses every month to conduct audits and drive improvement agendas
