Chief Financial Officer - Hotel/Restaurants Industry - CA (18-30 yrs)

Job Description :

- Overseeing of all financial activities

- Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations.

- Closely work with vertical CEO's to develop strategies for financial growth & stability.

- Investment, Merger's & Acquisition and liasoning.

- Manage relationship with Investors, Banks & Finance Institution's.

- Manage the company's capital structure, cash flow.

- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to monitor compliance with policies and procedures.

- Risk Management

Qualifications:

- 20+ Years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, CA preferred.

- Candidates must be less than 50 years
