- totally into oracle focused company not much into microsoft technologies - full support projects no development projects - management with old thinking and old strategys won't last - hire fire based on performance - once deployed on site after that no one will ask u, untill client paying monthly payment - toxic environment - no proper hierarchy of management - don't hire if u want to fire individual between 3 months - if u want to stay in market must focus on other technologys not only oracle , remember one day oracle will also finish what u will do?
