Challenging Work. Career growth and progression . Product Development Knowledge. Performance based compensation (Appraisal cycles need improvements). Opportunity to learn new things and new role.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but Company culture needs some sort of improvements. Top management need to look into employees overall contribution a bit more than at present.
