HR does not stand against management. poor training modules for new joiners. They will promise you performance bonus but they will find ways to cut down yearly performance bonus. They wants us to work after hours but they will not give u any bonus for same.

I have worked 1 year before this company and learned so much and loved working, but then after joining this company I have realized why people hate their jobs. Be a self-learner and starter- meaning, figure all of it out yourself and figure out what your KRAs are and what you're supposed to do. Salary cycle 10 to 10, if you're lucky, you'd get that money. All and all, waste of skills and time. you'll get no training, no induction, no nothing. If you're a serious candidate and are interested in sales please consider joining somewhere else. Work Details

Worst company, they make you work even on sundays. Work for more than 9 hours usually it goes to 12 hours, salary is always delayed. This month it was delayed 9 days. The ceo, don't even get me started he tortures you like anything.
