Earlier the work culture was good, but after the new management and leads there were a lot of changes like lack of transparency, unethical practices, slow response times, and a negative work environment for employees. Employees are being fired even if they are doing their assigned tasks.

Company is built on nepotism and favouritism. People having close relationships with MD are position on key positions irrespective of their incapability and lack of skill for that position. For example..bunch of incapable people are promoted to position like senior (bs) cloud solution architect and lead(nsw) engineer leading projects where they ideally should be working under some capable lead engineer or architect to learn basic of software engineering for good 3-4 years. Instead they are leading whole projects and screwing up them along with wasting time and career of folks working with or under them. Irrespective of different department appearing in the organization, there is single person ruling and that guy trust these product of favouritism and nepotism who are giving all wrong information satisfying their ego which is letting good people leve the organization....Read More

This company is like a mess. Poor planning, and poor management lead to mass layoff. Can you imagine they fired almost their 150 employees out of 350 headcount within a day. almost 50% employees were fired within a day. The company is dependent on only 1 project which is getting completed soon. Worst company i have ever seen

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been far from positive. Despite its external reputation, the company does not value its employees. The way they handle layoffs is disheartening, and even when an employee decides to leave voluntarily, they are met with restrictions and forced to serve a lengthy three-month notice period. The balance of power is entirely skewed in favor of the employer, leaving employees feeling like a mere puppet, with no real say in their own professional lives. This environment of control and restriction has a severe impact on mental health. Personally, I found myself needing to seek counseling due to the stress and anxiety caused by the oppressive atmosphere here. Adding to the distress, decisions are often overridden by those in higher positions, particularly the Vice President, who tends to ignore the inputs of directors and even managing directors. This creates a dictatorial environment where employees feel powerless and unheard. I had a disappointing experience with cloudEQ due to unprofessional management. If the company's budget didn't match with my pay scale, they should not have conducted the interview. This would have saved time and prevented the frustration caused by unnecessary delays.
