The culture is just pure toxic. The Ceo sarita will find anything to shout at people. The director I think has good ideas about the company, but people in position are totally useless and can't see his vision (feel sad for him.) The TL except Aritra (idk why he is there in the first place) are all insecure and try to bully new comers. Piyush is another absolute as*ole, I urge new employees not to join his team.
