Work-Life balance and Job Security is very poor

Working hours are infinite, with weekend support expected and post-office-hour calls common. The manager, starting at 11 a.m., finds 9-to-6 employees "lacking effort." Tasks have impossible deadlines, and employees face disrespect and personal attacks for setting boundaries. Midnight calls and unprofessional dressing complete this "exceptional" work environment.

Nothing, its completely useless company to work. Please dont choose this company

They just prey for the talents and destroy them after joining, worst management and no job security. They will just fire you without giving any notification. You will be left out to stand in road if you work for this company

Stressful, obsessed, over working but no recognition. People who touch management boots will get easy promotion. Worst HR in this company. HR with favorism for his friends alone.
