There are a few areas where I believe the company could improve. A dedicated canteen facility and more frequent cleaning and better upkeep of washrooms for better hygiene is recommended.

Bad working environment...poor salary...no benefits...excessive working hours...and a worst manager.employees lunch hour is also cutted from total working hours.
