It's is the best bank to start your carrer they teach u all the concepts at Branch level If your a tamilian it's bonus for you to communicate with others including head office Job security is there. If your a fresher just enjoy banking here.

Sales is there for every Cadre from clerk To Executives No home transfers until you complete 2yrs with 9 A+ Grades No increment No confirmation if u don't get grades It's very hard to get grades when your posted in new branches If u think sales pressure is high at city union bank and quit the job and join icici hdfc kotak mahindraur life is ruined because you will feel the exact pressure at these three banks City union bank pressure is nothing infront of new generation banks If u quit company go for an backend job or IT companies don't shift to another bank from cub because you will regret later In one word Bank is friendly and transparent you can enjoy working as a fresher....Read More
