The management system is too bad & There is no job security. They have got out the employees without any valid reason along with no proof. They have sacked me from my job saying the agents says I have behaviour issue where the agents says another, they don't have any problem with me. The management system is too bad & not co-operative at all. I am suggesting no for the company.

You'll get leaves without any hassle, apart from this there is nothing good in that office, HR's are useless and management is terrible, management will ask you for resignation anytime without any valid reason.
