I think this company has fully packed a good company. But something changes will do in better position to this company,like some changes old damage chairs, computers and headset and A.C. and also we deserve some our job security.

Only salary comes timely on 7th of every month.

The management system is too bad & There is no job security. They have got out the employees without any valid reason along with no proof. They have sacked me from my job saying the agents says I have behaviour issue where the agents says another, they don't have any problem with me. The management system is too bad & not co-operative at all. I am suggesting no for the company.
