First of all Hiring was done as inbound process but both inbound and outbound were done . Management is very bad . There is no job security in this company which can be kicked out by the management at any time . In this company, the management's mistakes do not mean they are wrong, onl y the agents' mistakes are wrong . Some managers and some CCU leads use it very poorly and very badly. No matter how well you do, at the end of the year, if you are not a familiar face, you will give a very bad grade, which results in a very bad and low salary increase . I think this company has fully packed a good company. But something changes will do in better position to this company,like some changes old damage chairs, computers and headset and A.C. and also we deserve some our job security.

The management system is too bad & There is no job security. They have got out the employees without any valid reason along with no proof. They have sacked me from my job saying the agents says I have behaviour issue where the agents says another, they don't have any problem with me.
