Bench system should be improve. If no project then that is not candidates fault. Should give more opportunity in bench. Salary should be better as per current market standard

New CEO have corrupted this Company like other service based companies , earlier it was good and progressing when founder was CEO now have lost track dont join as hire and fire policy , no extra benefits , no travel benefits , no salary hike etc

No pros at all, You will be in intense pressure all the time and when appraisal comes the you will be given 1% or 2% hike

1. Very high work pressure 2. Very legacy code and framework 3. All good work is distributed to client's developer 4.Micro management 5. HR and Managers at citiustech are of no use, They can't even put your points to clients or HR whenever required. They are of literally no use 6. You need to do unnecessary trainings in every 2 to 3 months 7. Very bad and legacy work culture along with legacy process oriented culture since new CEO Kohli has joined 8. Most importantly after going through a lot of pressure and hardwork, you will be given 1 to 2 percent hike. I am getting this since last 3 years. If u are going to join GE project then ur life will become hell bcz u will be bound to follow two sides training like CT as well as GE which is reallly frustrating and don’t worry if u join as a developer congrats u will be working as a QSE, Designer and every possible role which is there🤣. Everyday when I logged in to work I get frustrated
