Like most companies the training(HR) team & the operations team (during my tenure) have a rigidity in-between. Concern over practical situation & potential risks need to be addressed quickly. New recruits need to be given their time to prove, which has a great impact on job-security, since, 'MANY PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF, HAVE A DREAM TO WORK & PERFORM IN THIS ORGANISATION'.
