Company culture good, conducting various levels of events to entertain employees, benefits for employees and their families are good, promotions are depends on the process some may get quickly or some may get lately, leave benefits are excellent and Finally i feel annual salary hike is best than all companies i heard and worked.

Worst place to work in Chennai. Politics and toxicity to the core. The VP himself will directly come and insult you. Citi might have a good name outside but it has changed a lot. Never work here and never suggest anyone to work here. They may give attractive packages but the work stress is too much, not abt the process but these PPLhave trust issues and micro manage. If you work there will be another person higher to your level to pick out all the errors you make and this will be directly reflected to the vp level and that lunatic will label you as having attitude issues. The work isn't bad, it is quite interesting actually. The work culture isn't the best due to the management, however, there's a lot to keep the employees engaged, and the work in itself is quite satisfactory.

Dislikes

The management is pretty bad. Although, few other companies have it worse. Also, there's no HR or PR available for the work force, so it becomes quite toxic and dangerous in case of POSH cases and other HR related issues, where one might have to rely on the same managers who have cause the trouble - which obviously is messed up.
