Although it's depends on team/project, I feel there is always work pressure. You'll get highlighted by following processes and not by doing actual work that you hired for. Parental insurance is around 60% heigher side

They do not value employee. After giving gold awards to 2 years in the third year they fire the same employee by saying closing the position. Company is not at all safe in terms of job security. Also, too much workload, pressure conditions to work, politics and favorism. People only stay in such org as they have Emi to pay. Other similar banks are way better.

Flexible timings, they let you work independently, Hybrid culture, good policies for Maternity employees,work life balance, never need to work on weekends unless it you have weekend release and that also is been compensated with a compoff

Gurgaon location has been hijacked by few old employees, they are operating as per their convince, I have seen many new employees resigned but no one took feedback so that they can improve. They are with the mindset we will hire new one.

Work Culture , Politics , pathetic WLB , most of the employees are brought in from the service based companies , like WITCH , LTI etc , and they do bring their culture in to CITI , the toxic way of commanding , speaking , and doing 1 showing 10 , etc. Try to avoid this org in all possible means. It is good place to run and take an experience for corporate life if you can stay there for 2-3year you will get lots of knowledge about how things work

There is not at all work life balance You have to put extra hours everyday and even some Saturdays for which you will get an extra leave but you don't have that much time to take a leave and rest If you workaholic person then it is ok but if not then you will get culture shock

There are many things which I like about citi. It has good work life balance and strong policies in benefits of its employees. There is no issue in leave management for all the employees.

Its engagement activities for employees. There are very few things which help employees to interact with each other such as no fun friday.
