It is an ideal place to kick start your career, which where I started my journey into the VLSI domain. They are basically a service based company inclined more towards the automation side of things in the semiconductor industry. > Loved the guidance and the people who are in charge of technical operations there. Very focused and dedicated to help engineers find their way. There is training involved for stipulated amount of time in scripting or personal help regarding clarifications in the different domains of VLSI as the technical team are veterans in the filed of chip verification, synthesis and in addition machine learning. > Major outsourcing of engineers are to VLSI automation related side of things which help obtain greater exposure to real time client assignments. > Salary appraisals are performance based and always has been fair. There is good amount of work-life balance if you are working on in-house projects and flexibility with the daily hours is reasonable. > Appreciations from client managers are always noticed and acknowledged accordingly....Read More

Dislikes

The growth is slow. Targeted to fixate one specific domain as you grow in experience, which is kind of bogging down if your interests are not aligned. Very minimal in terms of business development to proliferate into multiple domains which will help create more opportunities to the engineers.
