Good work environment and culture. Supportive team members and management is transparent . company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on an the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Great learnings at Cipla, Foundation of Cipla is very strong.

Dislikes

At Goa site, there was one Director QA who created lot of problems in overall site. Now he left the Cipla, hope the old days of Cipla may come soon. If this comment will read by any Cipla, Goa employee he/she can easily recognise that person.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
