The best part of company is the policies, the kind of structure company has.

Dislikes

The worst part is company is too slow in few process like, activity raise in system, credit notes etc. In our cluster, the worst part is company has hired a so called leader Mr Jortin who is worst in behaviour. He do not know how to talk to the people and how a leader shd behave with employees. He asked old employees to leave company and kept his old colleagues from his previous organisation at very high packages. He speaks abusive language with people during formal or informal meetings. I would request, one should not join Cipla if he or she is trying for these divisions( Oncology, nephrology, institution and critical care) because all these divisions come under him....Read More
