Okay if you want to know I will tell you ..I am ex ciplites and I am observed that cipla hire employee without taking any interview and even candidate have zero knowledge.. candidates selected in super speciality. When I met with these candidates they don't know even how to introduce yourself..I am shocked ..how cipla can hire these type of candidate ,strange
