Getting out from Home to work for the Second Home. You take any company in INDIA, you would find at least one person in Top management who has been groomed by Cipla. Not Only in people development the quality of the product is at par with the western MNC companies. Cipla is the synonym of Worlds biggest Generic Manufacturer as it has broken the monopoly of western companies in 60's and hence we are not suffering from Medical cost burden. The think I don't like in Cipla is, I could find a Gap in system and culture.

It's mixture of emotion depending upon the mood. I am also a Human so few days I felt boredom but most of the days were exciting as in one single day there are lot of challenges I was facing so I did not have time to see other world. I was enjoying.
