Cipla job security is good ,having good policies but manager and section need to change. Cipla give the pramotion for non pharma person and different qualifications person need to be change. Pramotion to be give on qualifications criteria must . B.pharma and M.pharm qualified and expericenced. doesn't get pramotion.

I didn't like to under work in operators boss.
