Cipla is good company but Baddi plant management is really very terrible. I have 11 years of experience but didn't see this type of terrible situation in my past companies. I have worked in MNC companies like DRL,Sun pharma etc.

At Baddi plant nothing is good. Even local company management is good than Cipla Baddi management.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
