Excellent planning and implementation during lock down. Those ( software , embedded etc) who could work from home were provided remote access clients to log in from home using their laptops. In initial phase HR arranged permit for core members ( IT HW Testing) from local authorities to reach office for business critical situations. Then as unlock phase started more employees ( who need to work with products at office) were brought in keeping utmost care for sanitization, social distance and having mask. Kept sanitizer at every door and kits ( having hand wash gel, masks and sanitizer) provided to every employee.As the vaccination became available and impact of COVID reduced , currently staggered presence is started. Some come twice a week, some thrice and some almost full week depending on work and business needs. Health insurance group policy was taken by company for all employees below 60 years. No job cuts and no salary reductions. Increments have been given with bit of delay ( due to business impact) COVID-19 was handled with all safety precautions, minimal impact on business and having work going on as usual using virtual meetings , chats and calls on Team from Microsoft....Read More

As such there is nothing to dislike COVID has impacted the business world wide Even in this situation company could carry out the business and grow Some acceleration might be needed to recover and catch more business opportunities to compensate the COVID impact
