There is no scope for growth. The pay is not as per industry standards. There are politics all around and there are no workplace benefits. The work culture is pathetic and there is no value for what is mentioned on papers. The HR System is poor and there is no power in the hands of HR. They are very arrogant if we approach them withany issues. The employees here are treated like school children with no flexible work environment. The top management says that they follow open door policy but its only for words. The top management is even known for making false promises. Continuous changes happen at the cost of Employees life. No one is exempted from the Hire and Fire Policy. There are no standard policies and practices followed in reality. I will never and ever recommend anyone to join this company....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
