Work life balance when comes to working with Cigniti is horrible. I have even worked for 20 hours during release for a maintenance project. No vision. The management is old schooled. Won't get any promotion or salary hike

I joined as fresher in Cigniti and in one yr I got Hike with twice the package with which I have joined. Later yearly hike will be less compared to Earlier, but it will be more than MNC hike.

No welcome gifts when joined in company. They don’t provide Diwali gifts or sweets. No Cab facility
