Work load is very high compare to other finance company's which causes the unsatisfactory towards company because due to high work load & long working hours it is affecting the personal life of alot of employees. Their family are not happy due to the employees are not giving their time to their family & relatives. This is the only reason which is negative about the company including the growth issue,there is no parameter defining about how a employee will get on-roll. Atleast set some parameter for that....Read More
