Bosses do not valued an individual. Dont have any place where you can go for internal matter in the company. Appraisal was very unjustified as i worked individually in whole area for approximately one year. Now there were 3 employees for that area when i resigned . But No body considered that work efforts done by me. Even boss didn't understand the reason of unpaid case. They just ask for payment in any consequences....Read More
