In the COVID-19 situation we employee of this company thought they will be our life saver but me and my staffs was wrong because no one from the upper management came with helping hand they all were not interested to know what is happening with their employees who have worked hard to satisfy the company and the bosses needs day and night..... As a Restaurant Manager my job was also to take care of my entire team but i failed due to my upper management of CHILIAD PROCONS pvt ltd because they didn't check even once with me how can they help everyone. this company did not gave us any salary from March 2020 and in the month of September suddenly the GM of the company informed me that the company is shutdown so we all are no more with CHILIAD PROCONS ........
