In the COVID-19 situation we employee of this company thought they will be our life saver but me and my staffs was wrong because no one from the upper management came with helping hand they all were not interested to know what is happening with their employees who have worked hard to satisfy the company and the bosses needs day and night..... As a Restaurant Manager my job was also to take care of my entire team but i failed due to my upper management of CHILIAD PROCONS pvt ltd because they didn't check even once with me how can they help everyone. this company did not gave us any salary from March 2020 and in the month of September suddenly the GM of the company informed me that the company is shutdown so we all are no more with CHILIAD PROCONS........ Its fine we also understand the situation but atles have some humanity to pay your employees their pending dues so that they can fight the situation and try to survive till everything is back on track, i pray to god to make us stronger and help us all..... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏...Read More

Same as example expect salary hike which is not good my starting salary was 8,500rs and in 6 year my salary was 11,500rs and we get in hand 10,700 after cutting all pf and bonus ke baat Kare to bonus to recent Saal ka agle Saal milta hai aur to Diwali ke duration may Kam ny karta usse to bonus milta bhe ny bonus pure Saal Kam karte uska hota hai yaha Jo Diwali may Kam karta hai uska hota Hai
