In the name of chetu benefits basket chetu deducted more than one lakh rupees from your gross salary. No extra leave only 4 paid leaves in year. Alternate Saturday working. Bonus is added in salary slip when there is problem in your project that amount of bonus will deducted from your salary.

Best for people those who are in their initial phase of careers (upto 3-3.5 years).Company do not give deserving pay scale to Employees. Forget about work-life balance as there are alternate saturdays working and all the public holidays are converted to flexible leaves amd when you ask for flexible leaves then management has problems. Small issues like flap barrier not working, i cars not working, vending machines not working take months to get rectified and believe me , on daily basis its so irritating. Management responds so late (they even dont care to respond) if you have any queries regarding something and you raise the ticket.This place has worst cafeteria in while noida....Read More

Its a good company for both freshers and experience. Employees explore there skill and knowledge technically and good growth in financially the salary increment in every 6 months. Its a very inclusive environment filled with hard working employees and eager to learn and develop to contribute to its success.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
