After Gautam Buddha assumed the role of Floor Manager and I began working with Team Lead Mohan Upadhayay, the job became increasingly difficult. Mohan's management style was characterized by excessive pressure on team members and a problematic approach to workplace politics. His unprofessional behavior, such as consuming tobacco products at his desk, contributed to a negative atmosphere. Job security is a major concern at Chetu, as employees can be terminated without prior notice. here you have to work in night. and TL need to improve his communication skill and TL not communicate with his team members. hr department is very bad and they are checking the formal dress on monday. if you are not wearing the formal dress then they will cancel your appraisal cycle of 6 month and also there are very illogical rules of card</mark>. Please do not join chetu otherwise you will regret daily until your bond complete. Many more employe which have only 200 rs appraisal in 6 months....Read More

Everything except 6 month appraisal. No one wants to continue working here after few months. No one listen you. Yo have to signs 2 years bond or more for which no one will tell you. It will be signed during the joining. So please read each and every line of the document very carefully.Another thing is when you joined this company, after few day HR will tell you that you are not in company budget so please decrease your salary OR we will terminate you. If you are willing to join this organization, I will suggest not to. Companies policies can be changed any time without informing employee. If you are assigned to any new project, you can't resign for the 3 month (resignation portal will be open for given time period), if you missed resignation you will not able to resign for next six month and cycle will go on. TL, PM and FM doesn't care about Team members, They always try to protect their A** and all blame goes to team member. 4 years bond for trainees 2 years bond for experienced developers also (They apply it secretly you will be sign 40 page of consent). Performance based appraisal sometime they will told you that you are not eligible for appraisal because you entered in office lift with exceeded number of allowed people</mark>. Office timing 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm and you will reach your home arround 1 am midnight.
